June’s Philosophy
I am a firm believer that we must all focus on giving birth to our true selves; to become what we potentially are. My interest is essentially in personal growth and self-actualization. I believe that we must become open and transparent, be true to ourselves and to live in a way that expresses who we are.
My purpose is in helping individuals understand and develop their personal strengths, so that they can focus more on optimism, gratitude and altruism and be happier throughout their lives.
Therapy can offer the opportunity to gain new insights, to experience a different viewpoint and become more aware of one’s inner resources, allowing one to take full advantage of life. My therapeutic approach used is both gentle and supportive, with the underlying philosophy of instilling a measure of hope. My role is to provide guidance in improving the quality of my patients’ lives, helping them achieve their goals through a process-oriented discussion, within a calm and caring atmosphere.
